Some information that you might find useful when visiting our Salon.

How do I book an appointment?

All appointments can be made by calling the salon 01482 649161.

We also have a new salon app and online booking system where you can make, cancel and check your appointments. This can be downloaded from your App Store!

When booking online a small deposit will be taken to complete the booking by taking your card details. This deposit will be taken off your treatment.

We work on an appointments-only basis and recommend to re book when leaving the salon.

When should I arrive for my appointment / What if I'm running late?

If you are a new client coming to the salon we recommend you aim to come 10 minutes prior to your treatment as you will be asked to fill out a client record card.

Unfortunately if you are late for your appointment your treatment may need to be cut short and you will still be charged for the full treatment, we recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your treatment to avoid disappointment.

Please try and contact the salon to let us know if you are running late!

What is our cancellation policy?

Due to a number of recently missed appointments we have felt the need to introduce this policy.

We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice but preferably 48 hours. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

Failure to provide this notice may mean that we need to take a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.

We thank you for your cooperation and continued support in allowing us to be able to do what we love.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

We require a 25% deposit for large appointments (2hours or more) this will be non refundable if you do not show for your appointment.

Why do I need to fill in a consultation card?

We ask all our clients to fill out a confidential consultation card and ask for these to be filled out honestly as some treatments and products may not be suitable for certain medical problems.

It's not because we're been nosy!!

Can I have treatments if I'm pregnant?

It is really important to let us know in confidence if you are pregnant as there are certain treatments and products not suitable throughout pregnancy.

However we can offer lots of treatments and adapt treatments to suit you and your baby!

Why do I need a test patch?

This is to make sure you don't have a reaction to certain products used. It is required by most insurers that every salon carries out a test patch for all new clients.

Main treatments that require test patching are hair colouring, eyelash tinting, mii brows, lvl lashes and semi permanent make up.

Please allow 24hours after the patch test has been carried out before having one of these treatments.

I've had Botox / fillers can I have a facial?

Yes you can still have facials however we ask you to wait 2 weeks after having Botox/fillers.

The Catio Lift Facial will have to be adapted depending on the areas you've had treatment in.

I'm new to facials and unsure which one to have?

When making your appointment we allow consultation time to go through any skin concerns you may have and what you would like to achieve from your facial. This helps us to advise you on the best facial for you!

Im having a tan what do I need to do?

We advise any shaving or waxing to be done 24 hours prior to your tan.

You will be given disposable pants to wear for tanning application and we recommend to bring dark loose clothing to go home in.

Do not apply any deodorant, perfume or moisturiser as these all act as a barrier against the tan.

I'm having semi permanent make up what to do on day of treatment?

Please do not take ibuprofen or aspirin before the treatment.

We also advise not to drink alcohol the night before your treatment and if you having eyeliner treatments please remove contact lenses and bring glasses to wear.

A £75 booking fee is required to secure your appointment, this is non refundable.

Do you have a loyalty scheme?

Yes we offer treat cards which you can collect treat points when you purchase a product or pay for a service!

Your points can then be used for certain services or products!

To keep a check on how far off you are from a treat you can download the app and you can see on there! You can also view other offers on the app or you can follow us on social media!

Can I return a product?

We're sure that you will love your product however if your not happy with it then please bring it in and we will have a look and If it is a faulty product we will happily exchange.

We can exchange products if they are in there original packaging and not damaged.

Do you have Gift Vouchers?

You can purchase vouchers in the salon or over the phone which we can post out for you!

Our vouchers are valid or 1 year and can be redeemed against any of our products or services.

Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Please ensure that you bring your redeemable gift voucher with you to present on arrival.
