Cancellation Policy

Due to a number of recently missed appointments we have felt the need to introduce this policy.

We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we
kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice but preferably 48 hours. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

Failure to provide this notice will mean that we will have to take 50% of the cost of the booking
and a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.
